Vero Software will demonstrate the latest release of its flagship products at Euromold 2007 – VISI 15 and machining STRATEGIST v9.

VISI includes an updated G.U.I and a variety of new and upgraded features for enhanced surface design, improved electrode management and upgraded annotation and 2D drawing creation. The dedicated mould and progressive die applications have also updated to include over 60 new parametric library components including lifters and flexible up and away units.

VISI 15 also includes a new steep & shallow toolpath algorithm and a new feedrate optimiser to optimise the NC code feedrate when entering large areas of stock. This new option is constantly comparing the amount of material removed against the actual mechanical forces applied to the tool providing an improved toolpath, extending the cutting life of the tool while using the machine safely at the upper limits of its performance regime.

Machining STRATEGIST sees the introduction of a true 64bit version, stock and curvature analysis and dynamic point creation for drilling operations.
