Vero USA, is a major sponsor of the 18th annual international Moulding 2008 conference and exhibit. The event takes place February 18-20, 2008 at the San Francisco Hilton Hotel and touts the theme “Emerging Technologies for Business Success in a Changing Global Market.”

Vero’s VISI Flow consultant Natalia Kassa is a speaker at the conference on Monday, February 18 at 3: 30 pm during a session titled “Emerging Moulding Technologies and Novel Moulding Equipment. The presentation will focus on 3D VISI Flow solutions for gas-assisted components.

VISI Flow can help users design moulds so that they fill properly with trouble free welds. Tolerances are maintained during cooling and after shrinkage. Using the software, warpage and cooling system issues can be identified and corrected in the original design so that high quality parts can be produced quickly. All mould design characteristics can be considered using VISI Flow, including nozzles, sprues, runners, gating, and the number and layout of cavities for all types of injection moulds.
